Search and Rescue

NiteRider offers a full range of Search and Rescue lighting. We've been at it for over 15 years. SAR is now the fastest growing segment of our business.

While all of our lights will work in all conditions, we have highlighted our recommendations and proven agency favorites, along with the best FFM mounts and helmets below.

and Swiftwater Ops for over 15 years.

"NiteRider lights are the best Dive and Swiftwater lights on the market. My Blackwater 3000 and Protec
helmet are the perfect combination."

Swiftwater 800

The SwiftWater Series is NiteRider’s solution to provide the perfect light system for Search and Rescue operations. This resulted in a system that is also perfect for anyone that wants a light that is small, lightweight, and powerful. This compact and long lasting system has 3 different light sources in one and this is what makes it so successful. The powerful high beam spot light is perfect for long range lighting and is powerful enough to see across a river, valley or into the ocean depths.

The white LEDs provide an excellent work light and long burn times of 10 hours. In addition, the red or green LEDs are perfect for preserving night vision and doubles as the light systems’ reserve mode because it uses very little power. Even when the batteries are virtually “dead” the Red/Green LEDs glow for many hours so that you will have light until the sun rises.

Designed for search and rescue missions, the SwiftWater Series surpass all expectations for performance and gives the user the ability to “complete his mission” no matter what may occur. Shown with the Protec Helmet and fully adjustable mount. Available for Dive Lights International.
BlackWater 3000

The BlackWater Light Systems are the rugged dive lights that NiteRider built it’s reputation on. From the nylon sheathing on the cables to the gold plated beryllium copper Wet Connectors to the composite nylon and fiberglass light and battery housings everything is built to more than military specs.

The modularity of the light mounting system makes changing light between the Soft Hand Mount or on any of the accessory mounts for full face mask or regular dive mask.  For penetrating the darkest depths this is the light the professionals use.

Pro Diver LED

The Pro Diver Series is NiteRider’s most affordable primary dive lights that offer the versatile “hands free” modular mounting system. Whether you want to use the light head mounted on the Neoprene Headband, the AGA Full Face Mount or use the Soft Hand Mount, you still have both your hands free to do difficult tasks underwater. Wet connect cabling discontinued.

The Pro Diver Series has the same rugged construction NiteRider is known for and the same LED/Halogen head as the SW800.

Pro Diver
The Pro Diver II LED uses 5 D-Cell batteries, a popular option for rescue teams who prefer to load batteries off the shelf before a mission.
14w HID II Dive Light

The new 14w HID II Dive Lights use the latest HID lamp technology that is twice as rugged and twice as bright as the previous 10w HID lamps. The new digital ballast is more efficient so that means more light and longer burn time per watt. A low beam feature allows the HID to run at a 10w level when you need to conserve your battery.

The high beam at 14 watts produces 1000 lumens. The HID II Dual Beam has a high beam of 28 watts and produces 2000 lumens. This incredibly bright and penetrating light is perfect for all types of serious diving.

"My original Pro Diver light has been turned on at least 1,000 times over the last 8 years. Here is a picture of me on a mission to Alberta Canada. Our team has just successfully recovered two drowning victims from 80 feet of water. These head mounted lights come in very handy for this type of work."
