The Aggressor Fleet has selected NiteRider as a corporate partner for fleet activities. After many successful years of using NiteRider Dive Lights as their primary dive and video lights, Aggressor has decided to use NiteRider exclusively on all their liveaboards. Aggressor President Wayne Hasson says “Working up close and personal with marine life requires dependable video lighting.   No question the NiteRider Video lights keep on working and have become the choice for lighting needs of the Aggressor Fleet worldwide.  We use NiteRider primarily because of their dependability and for the wonderful light they put out on video subjects.”  You can see more of Wayne Hasson at: www.aggressor.com.

History of NiteRider Dive Lights
In the summer of 1989, Tom Carroll, a Del Mar California surfer/diver found that working full time took a serious chunk out of his water time. To rectify this problem, he set out to extend his day by way of a 150 watt helmet-mounted halogen light with a NiCad battery pack attached to his waist belt. He called it his "NiteRider" and used it for late night surfing sessions and spearfishing forays. Tom took this concept a step further by starting a successful business around the idea of a "hands-free" underwater lighting system.

Among Tom's first clients were the Cousteau Dive Team. Which included Jean-Michel Cousteau who, after ten years, still use these lighting systems for their expeditions. No matter what the situation calls for, NiteRider delivers the clearest, brightest light available right where you need it. Why? As with all of our systems, NiteRider innovations start with the headlamp. This high-tech light head is compact, lightweight, and completely waterproof. Made of a rugged fiberglass-nylon composite, the shell can be fitted with a light output range from 5w to 70w.The 4-position headlamp mounted switch on the Dual-Beam system allows you to move easily from one lamp to the other or use them together. To power up these incredibly bright light systems, we offer the long-lasting, high-quality Nickel-Cadmium or a new Nickel Metal Hydride battery pack. These super-tough power packs provide high power and reliability for the toughest applications and the harshest conditions.
