The HID Pro20 Video Light is a twin 10 watt HID, 13.2-volt video lighting system equivalent to 80 watts of conventional light but with 6000 degree color temperature that is closest to sunlight. The diffuser lens and 90° reflector provides soft, well-balanced lighting. The twin single beams are perfect for shooting wide angle and macro. The 1.9 hour run time provides plenty of time to get all the video you want in a day.

The HID Pro 40 Video Light uses the same battery as the popular HID Pro 20 Video Systems, a 13.2 vt NiMH. It can put out almost one hour of burn time with all 4 bulbs on and better news, this is a bulb selectable system. A four position switch on each lighthead allows you to run 1-4 bulbs for any lighting requirement. The Pro 40 system comes with a traveling case, a 3.5 hour International Charger, two heavy duty 3/4" articulating arms and our super tough wet connection cords. Various battery mounts are available for other housings as well.

Here are the Video Arm Ball Joints. They mount to the top of the handle as shown to the right. The provided thread pattern is 1/4-20, however, you can also use 6mm screws. The dimension of the actual base of this mount is 2mm.

For alternate mounting options check out Ultralite Control Systems, they have an adapter specific for our lighting systems. If you are trying to mount our batteries to a non-Gates Housing (ie. Ikelite, Sony, Amphibico, Aquatica, Lights & Motion) please call us for mounting options.
