Please contact your Dealer or NiteRider directly
for service and support. Many issues can be resolved quickly and
easily without returning the product. Any returned product must
have the customer's return information including shipping address and telephone number.

Our Exclusive Lifetime warranty covers
defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace
any lighting system that is found to be defective at no charge
to you (including return shipping).
